This App will provide our customers with key information at their fingertips. P&H Direct will have many features, which will be rolled out in phases. Available to customers now are:
How do I get the mobile app?

How do I log in?
I only have a landline and/or my mobile phone is not a smartphone. How do I get access to P&H Direct mobile app?
Unfortunately, you will need a smartphone to be able to log into the mobile app. There is no web version for non-smartphone users.
If I am still unable to log in, who do I contact?

If I do not have a P&H account, can I still get access to the app?
No, you must have a P&H account to be able to log into P&H Direct. If you wish to set up an account, please contact one of our locations – click HERE to find a location near you.
What are the app contract terms and conditions?
Upon downloading the P&H Direct Mobile app, you will be asked to accept the terms of use agreement to gain access to the app.
This includes agreeing that contracts are confirmed once you receive it, and if there is an error with the contract information (ex: tonnes, should have been bushels etc.) you have 3 business days to communicate the error/discrepancy with P&H, or the contract will be automatically signed.

Please note, on initial sign-up, the app will only display 365 days of data from today (g.: If today is Oct. 31, 2019, you will only see data up until Oct. 31, 2018. On Nov. 1, 2019, you will see data up until Nov. 1, 2018, and so on). After sign-up your data will continue to accumulate past one year.
