The company was founded in 1909 when two grain-trading families, led by W.L. Parrish from Brandon, Manitoba and Norman Heimbecker from Hanover, Ontario, joined together to become Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. Members of these two founding families still own and manage the company over a century later. P&H has enjoyed substantial growth year over year with customers in 35 countries and more than 3,000 employees across Canada — including our flour milling team at P&H Milling, our livestock feed providers at New-Life Mills, and our egg grading and processing facilities at P&H Foods Inc.
P&H’s National Grain Assets, Crop Input Network, Flour, and Feed Mills and Egg Grading and Processing span from coast to coast in Canada. Our facilities are strategically located to match producers and customers with the quality, quantity, and logistical requirements of domestic and export end users.
