is a Canadian, family owned agribusiness, with roots in the agriculture industry dating back more than 100 years. P&H was founded in 1909 when two grain trading families, W.L. Parrish from Brandon, Manitoba and Norman Heimbecker from Hanover, Ontario, partnered to start the company. These two Canadian families continue to own and actively manage the company today, alongside a number of professional managers and support staff.
P&H is growth-oriented, diversified and vertically-integrated with operations spanning across Canada in grain trading, handling and merchandising, as well as crop inputs, flour milling and feed mills.
Honesty and integrity are core values that were instilled by our original founders and continue as driving principles behind our business today. At P&H, we pride ourselves on being a first-class business partner, focused on listening and continuously learning in order to align and tailor services to customers’ needs.
The P&H group of companies is committed to investing in state-of-the-art facilities and ongoing infrastructure development to support Canadian agricultural producers. Our business spans across a wide spectrum of the agribusiness sector and we are continuously and actively growing and adapting to meet changing demands of customers and end-use consumers.
