Strategically located in the heart of Ontario’s agricultural production and consumption area between Kitchener and Guelph, this highly efficient rail transload facility is specifically designed to meet the increasing requirements to provide safe handling and storage of bulk food grade agricultural products. The site consists of 107 acres which includes over a mile of rail track frontage serviced by CN Rail and further provides exceptional year round access to major transportation arteries such as Breslau airport, Highways 6, 7, 8, 24 and 401.
This modern, automated, efficient facility has lower operating costs which can provide distribution of grain at a low cost. We can provide a higher level of food safety and security without excess cost. This facility has been designed to allow the food processor to easily manage inventories, reduce inventory costs and reduce working capital requirements.

Shantz Station Terminal is located ¾ of a mile South of the junction of Highway 7 and Shantz Station Road (Twp Rd 70).
From the Westbound 401, take Highway 6 North to Hwy 7 East; continue 5 miles to Shantz Station Road.
Travelling East from the Kitchener-Waterloo vicinity, take Highway 7 over Grand River, continue 2 ¾ miles to the junction of Highway 7 and Shantz Station Road.
