Parrish & Heimbecker Expands P&H Foods Business with Atlantic Canada Joint Venture

Winnipeg, MB. (June 1, 2026) – Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, P&H Foods Inc., has entered into a joint venture with Atlantic Poultry Incorporated (API) to create a new company, P&H Foods Atlantic.
The new company brings together P&H Foods’ management expertise with API’s established egg grading assets and deep knowledge of the Atlantic Canadian market. The joint venture represents a strategic step in expanding P&H Foods’ presence in Eastern Canada and strengthening its ability to serve customers and producers across the region. Under the terms of the agreement, P&H Foods will lead the management of the grading operation, while API contributes its existing infrastructure and regional experience.
