Recognizing Tomorrow’s Ag Leaders: 2026 P&H Passion & Heart Scholarship Winners

Winnipeg, MB (May 1, 2026) – Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 Passion & Heart Scholarship – an annual program that supports and encourages post-secondary students who are passionate about agriculture and the future of Canada’s agri-food sector.

Each year, P&H awards four scholarships of $2,000 to outstanding undergraduate students—one from each of Alberta/British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan—who demonstrate a deep commitment to agriculture and are enrolled in programs that support the growth and sustainability of the industry. Eligible fields of study include Agricultural Sciences, Food Sciences, Business and Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, and Software Development.

This year’s winners have showcased exceptional dedication and promise in their respective fields. The recipients of the 2026 Passion & Heart Scholarship are:

• Dylan Maxell — University of Guelph (Durham, Ontario)
• Lainie Muir — University of Saskatchewan (Glenella, Manitoba)
• Naomi Schmidt — University of Saskatchewan (Simpson, Saskatchewan)
• Reine Fossen — University of Saskatchewan (Rock Creek, British Columbia)
